Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Since the order has not shipped and no product inspection is required, cancellations made within the eligible window are refunded in full to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy or Exchange Policy once the order is delivered.
