At Amaryllis Vastra, every saree is checked, folded and packed with care before it leaves us. Here is how shipping works.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499 within India.
- For orders below ₹1,499, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Remote areas: may take a few extra days
Delivery may take longer during festive seasons, sales, bad weather or other situations beyond our control. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will share the courier name and tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel.
International orders
We currently ship within India. For delivery outside India, please contact us before ordering and we will check the options and charges for your country. Prices shown in other currencies on our website are approximate; all payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR).
Address and delivery
- Please make sure your shipping address, PIN code and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details.
- If a delivery fails because no one was available and the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or tampered parcels
Please do not accept a parcel that looks tampered with or badly damaged. We recommend recording an unboxing video when you open your parcel. If anything is wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or the video, and we will help you as per our Return & Exchange and Refund policies.
